Richard De Los Santos, Sr., Attorney At Law
Mr. De Los Santos immigrated to the United States as a child.  Mr. De Los Santos was previously employed by and retired at General Motors. While his family was young, Mr. De Los Santos continued to work, learned English, obtained a bachelor's degree and completed law school.  Mr. De Los Santos focuses a substantial amount of his practice defending individuals undergoing criminal prosecution in the federal system including cases in the state criminal system.

Mr. De Los Santos graduated from and was commissioned at Texas A&M University.  Mr. De Los Santos went on to graduate from St. Mary's School of Law where he then started as a Bexar County Prosecutor.  Mr. De Los Santos currently focuses on assisting in federal criminal prosecution cases and is also significantly involved in federal immigration.  Mr. De Los Santos routinely appears and litigates in Immigration Court while also representing immigrant clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State.

Patrick Davis, Attorney At Law, of Counsel
Mr. Davis is an attorney with extensive experience in writing criminal briefs and writs.  Mr. Davis is actively involved in assisting the office in the completion of criminal appeals and writs.

Carmen Rodriguez, Criminal Legal Assistant / Office Coordinator
Mrs. Rodriguez directly assists in the preparation and coordination of all criminal matters in addition to maintaining daily office activities.  Mrs. Rodriguez assists in maintaining and coordinating consistent communication with all clients involved in the justice system.

Rachel Tabor, Immigration Legal Assistant / Office Coordinator (USCIS & ICE & EOIR)
Ms. Tabor directly assists in the preparation and coordination of all immigration matters before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement and before the Immigration Courts in addition to maintaining daily office activities.  Ms. Tabor assists in maintaining and coordinating consistent communication with all clients involved USCIS and/or ICE and/or EOIR immigration matters.

Viola De Los Santos
Viola De Los Santos is the office assistant on weekends and is able to assist clients in many routine matters.

Shawna Maxwell, Immigration Legal Assistant (NVC & DOS)
Mrs. Maxwell directly assists in the preparation and coordination of all immigration matters before the National Visa Center and the Department of State – Embassy/Consulates.  Mrs. Maxwell assists in maintaining and coordination consistent communication with all clients involved in NVC and/or DOS immigration matters.
